Ingredients

  • ¾ cup BrightFarms® Harvest Crunch® 
  • 1 soft whole-wheat pita pocket, split in half 
  • 4 tbsp favorite hummus flavor 
  • 4 oz. grilled or rotisserie chicken, sliced 
  • 4 thin tomato slices 
  • 4 thin cucumber slices 
  • 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese 

Recipe preparation

  1. Spread hummus evenly into each pita pocket. 
  2. Stuff half of chicken, tomato, cucumber, BrightFarms® Harvest Crunch and feta cheese into each pita pocket. 
  3. Serve or place into a resealable container for lunch to go.
