In a mason jar, mix Dijon Vinaigrette ingredients, shaking vigorously to combine. Set aside.
In a large salad bowl, place the greens. Drizzle the vinaigrette on top, and toss to coat.
On a cutting board, prepare topping ingredients. Slice peaches, with option to remove skin or keep for extra color. Pit and dice avocado into bite sized pieces. Thinly slice the red onion.
Top salad with the peach slices, avocado, red onion, goat cheese crumbles, and sliced almonds.
