Our North Carolina farm opened in May 2021 and is the largest indoor salad farm in the Southeast! At 280,000 sq. ft., this farm will supply over two million pounds of the freshest, tastiest and most responsibly grown leafy greens per year to supermarkets across the Carolinas.
